NNA Membership Committee
Committee Overview
The Nevada Nurses Association Membership Committee is tasked with building and retaining membership. In order for NNA to continue to adequately represent over 40,000 Nevada nurses our membership must continue to grow. We help plan recruitment activities at the state and district level with the specific focus on addressing ways to help advance the nursing profession.
We also review and recommend policies, procedures, and strategies for maintaining and enhancing membership.
The specific aims of the NNA Membership Committee are to:
- Provide value to our members
- Motivate members to get involved
- Conduct surveys for association improvement
- Plan and set goals for membership growth
- Work with special interest groups and other nursing associations
- Publicize NNA
