Strength to Endure Micro-Course

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and in honor of National Nurses Week, Dignity Health Global Educuation is launching Strength to Endure, an app-based micro-course to help frontline healthcare workers build resilience, increase mental toughness, and improve well-being. Developed in partnership with the University of Exeter, one of the leading universities in the UK, this course includes the best practices from sports sciences, nutrition, and dietetics to offer practical strategies, tools, and techniques that healthcare workers can use in their daily life.

The learning content is presented in bite-sized lessons, mobile-friendly, and includes downloadable resources. The cost for this one-hour micro-course is $10. 100% of the profits will be donated to various nurse foundations, including the Nevada Nurses Foundation.
